We continued our relationship with Dubai Centre for Special Needs (DSCN) that includes our employees supporting DSCN through ICD’s community volunteering program. DSCN seeks to enhance the quality of life of individuals with special needs and their families by:
- Promoting their independence, productivity, empowerment and social participation within the community
- Offering high quality, effective community-based programs and social support services to individuals and their families
- Encouraging the prevention of disabilities through training and public awareness
- Providing advocacy, interdisciplinary training, technical assistance and the sharing of relevant information
During 2023, our employees contributed to over 250 hours of volunteering at the Centre. We are very proud to support DCSN and look forward to continuing to build our relationship over the coming years.
A number of ICD employees and their families also participated in a Ghaf Tree planting activity as well as the 22nd Annual Clean UAE campaign, demonstrating their commitment to environmental sustainability.
