Borse Dubai was established in 2007 with the mandate of expanding Dubai’s leadership in the financial markets sector. Borse Dubai is the holding company of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Nasdaq Dubai, and also has a minority stake in Nasdaq Inc.
DFM and Nasdaq Dubai, play an instrumental role in the rapid and efficient implementation of Dubai’s ambitious strategy to develop its capital markets.
DFM has also undertaken efforts to diversify product offerings through trading crude oil contracts and expanding into the equity futures market.
